Cleaning Services for Every Kind of NYC Home

A studio in a Midtown high-rise, three floors of a Bed-Stuy brownstone, or a two-family in Flushing: we clean all of them. Pick a standard clean for upkeep, a deep clean when the place needs a reset, or a move-in, move-out or post-renovation clean when the calendar demands it.

  • Quarterly

A seasonal deep clean four times a year, radiator dust included.

Nobody in this city has spare hours for scrubbing. Between the commute, late nights at work, and weekends that fill up on their own, the apartment gets pushed down the list. A standing visit takes it off the list entirely. Choose weekly, every other week, or monthly, and we hold the slot for you. Traveling or hosting on a different day? Move the visit with a day's notice at no charge.

Why New Yorkers Book NYC Cleaning Service

  1. Punctual in a City That Isn't

Between subway delays and alternate-side parking, New York does not make it easy to show up on time. We plan around it. Your cleaner arrives inside the window you booked and gets the whole job done in one visit.

  2. One Quote, No Add-Ons

Your price is set by the size of your home and the service you pick, and we tell you that price before you confirm. There are no surprise charges for stairs or parking, and nobody on our team will hint for a tip.

  3. Built for New York Apartments

Galley kitchens, radiator dust, pre-war plaster that sheds, and a bathroom the size of a closet. Our cleaners work in these spaces every day, so they know where the grime collects in a Harlem walk-up and how to treat the floors in a Park Slope brownstone.

  4. Vetted, Insured Cleaners

Nobody joins our team without a background check, and every job we do is covered by our insurance. You will know the name of the person coming to your door, and they will be there when the booking says they will.

Our Re-Clean Guarantee

Walk through your home after we leave. If any spot we cleaned is not up to standard, tell us within 24 hours and we will send someone back to redo it at no cost.

How Booking a Cleaning in NYC Works

  1. Send Us the Details

Use the short quote form or call. Tell us the borough, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and whether you want a routine, deep, or move clean. Mention a walk-up or a doorman so we plan the arrival right.

  2. Lock In a Price and a Time

You get one flat number, not an estimate that grows on the day. Choose a morning, midday, or evening slot; most boroughs have openings within the week, and we can work around building access hours.

  3. We Show Up and Handle It

The crew brings its own supplies, checks in with the doorman or super if needed, and works through the checklist room by room. Be there or leave a key with the front desk; either way you get a text when we are done.

Reviews From Around the City

  • Fourth-floor walk-up, no elevator, and they still showed up on the dot with everything they needed. The bathroom tile looks new again and they even wiped down the radiator covers. Booking for every other week.

    Priya N.

    Murray Hill, Manhattan

  • We have a three-story house with two kids and a dog, so keeping up is a losing battle. The crew handles all three floors in one visit and the hardwood has never looked this good. Easy to reschedule when our week changes.

    Marcus D.

    Riverdale, The Bronx

  • Pre-war building, decades of dust in the corners. They pulled out the stove, scrubbed the grout in the shower, and cleaned the tops of the kitchen cabinets. Honestly did not know the apartment could get this clean.

    Elena V.

    Jackson Heights, Queens

  • Management wanted the unit spotless for the walkthrough and I had one day. They cleaned inside the fridge and oven, wiped every closet shelf, and I got the full deposit back a week later. Could not ask for more.

    Tomas R.

    Greenpoint, Brooklyn

  • Moved into a new-build and the place was full of construction grit the developer never bothered with. They coordinated with the front desk, got in before my furniture delivery, and it was genuinely clean when the movers arrived.

    Danielle O.

    Mott Haven, The Bronx

  • Our brownstone bathroom reno left a film of drywall dust on every surface in the house, even two floors up. The team wiped down walls, vacuumed the vents, and cleaned every window. Worth every dollar after months of contractors.

Questions New Yorkers Ask Before Booking

  • Yes. A fifth-floor tenement in the East Village or the top unit of a three-story in Bushwick is a normal day for our team, and our cleaners pack their gear with the stairs in mind. The floor you live on never changes your price. Just mention it when you book so we can plan the visit with enough time.

  • It comes down to square footage and how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have. A studio usually lands between $110 and $140 for a standard clean, and a one-bedroom between $130 and $170. Deep cleans and move-outs run higher because they take longer. You get a firm number when you book, and that number does not change at the door.

  • A standard clean is the upkeep visit: kitchen and bathroom surfaces, floors, and dusting in every room. It does not cover the inside of the oven or refrigerator, window glass, baseboards, or the insides of cabinets, drawers and closets. The first two are add-ons you can tick when you book; the rest belong to a deep clean or a move-in or move-out clean, which is why those cost more. The checklist page lists every line.

  • Most of our clients never meet us at the door. Leave a key with your doorman or super, put one in a lockbox, or send us the door code. If your co-op or condo wants proof of insurance before an outside vendor can come up, tell us when you book and we will get the paperwork to your management office ahead of time.

  • Give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before the appointment and we will move it to another day at no charge. Cancellations with the same notice are free as well.

  • No. Our cleaners arrive with their own vacuum, mop, cloths and products, and they carry all of it up the stairs in a walk-up. If you want a specific product used on a particular surface, or you need fragrance-free products because of allergies, leave it on the counter and add a note to your booking.
