Home Cleaning Across Queens, from LIC to Bayside

Queens is where New York's apartment life and its house life overlap, and we clean both. A morning might start in a glass tower on the Long Island City waterfront and end in a detached colonial in Bayside with a finished basement, a driveway and a backyard deck. In between are the garden co-ops of Jackson Heights, the Tudors of Forest Hills and the two-family houses of Woodside and Elmhurst.

Houses come with rooms apartments never have: basements that collect boiler dust, mudrooms, second bathrooms, attics and stair halls. We size the team for the actual square footage instead of treating every home like a one-bedroom. Co-ops in Rego Park and Kew Gardens have their own routines too, from super sign-ins to laundry-room hours, and we follow them.

The borough is large, but that is not your problem. Cleaners are assigned by area, so someone in Flushing or Fresh Meadows is not waiting on a team crossing over from Manhattan, and there is no distance fee anywhere on our Queens list.

Weekends in Queens fill up fast: dumplings in Flushing, a Mets game, the beach at Rockaway, family over on Sunday. None of that should lose out to scrubbing a bathroom. Pick a weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule and we keep the same cleaner and time slot as often as we can. Need to shift a visit? 24 hours' notice is all we ask.

Our Queens Service Area

Why Queens Chooses NYC Cleaning Service

Houses Are Not an Afterthought

Single-family homes, two-families with a tenant upstairs, and semi-attached houses with a shared driveway make up much of Queens. We bring enough people to cover every level, basement included.

One Rate Sheet for the Whole Borough

Glendale, Fresh Meadows and Jamaica are all quoted from the same sheet. What sets the number is bedrooms, bathrooms and how much work the place needs, not the zip code or how far the crew travels.

Co-op and Condo Ready

Jackson Heights garden co-ops, the post-war towers of Forest Hills and the new condos in LIC each have their own check-in rules. We arrive on time, sign in where required and keep the noise down in shared hallways.

Arrival Times You Can Plan Around

We schedule with the 7 train and Queens Boulevard traffic in mind, not hopeful guesses. If a window needs to shift, you hear from us before it does, not after.

Queens Cleaning Questions, Answered

Yes. Book each apartment as its own job or put both on one visit and we send a team sized for the whole house. If your tenant has to let us in, pass along their number and we set the time with them directly. The shared stair hall and vestibule are covered either way.

We sweep the deck or back stoop when you ask and will wipe down a patio table while we are out there. Garages, yard work and leaf cleanup call for different gear and are not on our list. Describe what you have and we will say straight out whether it is a job for us.

No. A three-bedroom in Ridgewood and a three-bedroom in Whitestone get the same quote. The number comes from the size of the home, its condition and the service you pick. Distance from the bridge, the train or our other jobs never enters into it.

If there is room in your driveway, that is the easiest option and we will pull in. If not, our cleaners find street parking on their own, and it never affects the price or the start time. Alternate-side days are our problem to solve, not yours.

Yes. Tell us the quiet hours when you book and we plan the visit around them, starting in the rooms farthest from the crib and leaving the vacuum for last. If you run a daycare out of the house, we can come before the first drop-off or after the last pickup.

A routine clean usually goes on the calendar two or three days out. Move-outs cluster around the first of the month and deep cleans spike before the holidays, so lock those in a couple of weeks ahead. Give us your date and we will tell you right away if we can hold it.
