Brooklyn Cleaning by People Who Know the Borough

Brooklyn housing has more variety per square mile than anywhere else we work. A single block in Bed-Stuy can hold a four-story brownstone with a garden apartment, a two-family house with a shared stoop, and a new elevator building where the old lot used to be. Each one cleans differently, and we send cleaners who know the difference.

In Park Slope and Carroll Gardens that means parlor floors with original moldings, radiators that need a duster, and long runs of hardwood that want the right product and nothing harsher. In Williamsburg and Bushwick it might mean a converted factory loft with concrete floors and a wall of industrial windows. Along the Greenpoint and Downtown Brooklyn waterfronts it is glass towers with a package room and a doorman who will send us up.

We also know the small things. Alternate-side parking means our teams arrive by train with their supplies rather than fighting for a spot. Many smaller buildings have no super on site, so we work out key handoffs with you ahead of time. The result is a cleaning visit that goes the way it was planned.

Our Brooklyn Service Area

Why Brooklyn Chooses NYC Cleaning Service

Brownstone Specialists

Multi-floor homes with parlor levels, garden units and a kitchen at the back are the norm from Fort Greene to Windsor Terrace. We plan the route through the house so nothing gets tracked back over a floor we already finished.

One Rate for the Whole Borough

Bay Ridge is not an extra fee and neither is Flatbush. Our pricing depends on the size of the home and the service you pick, not on how far it sits from the bridge.

Lofts, Railroads and New Towers

Long railroad apartments in Greenpoint, high-ceilinged lofts in Bushwick, doorman buildings in Downtown Brooklyn: we have a plan for each layout and the right gear for each surface.

Keys, Stoops and Supers Sorted

Tell us how to get in and we will follow it: a key with a neighbor, a lockbox on the gate, a doorman list, or a super who meets us at the stoop. We confirm the plan the day before.

Brooklyn Cleaning Questions, Answered

Usually, yes. A garden unit sits at or below the sidewalk, so it runs damper than the parlor floor above it. We spend extra time on bathroom grout, window wells and the corners behind furniture where mildew gets a start, and if the unit opens onto the backyard we work in from the garden door so nothing gets tracked through rooms we already finished.

Not at all. Walk-ups make up a large share of Bushwick, Bed-Stuy and Greenpoint, and our cleaners carry everything they need. There is no extra charge for stairs.

Yes, when they belong to your home rather than to a landlord or co-op as a shared common area. Sweeping and washing the stoop, wiping down the vestibule and doing the stairs to a finished cellar can be added to any brownstone or two-family visit; mention it when you book so we set aside the time. Unfinished cellars with dirt floors or standing water are outside what we take on.

That is a big part of what we do in Brooklyn. Give us the number of floors and bedrooms and we will size the team so the job gets done in one visit. Original wood floors, mantels and plaster get the products they need, and we clean the stairs on the way down, not up.

Yes. We are in the towers along the Williamsburg and Greenpoint waterfronts and around Downtown Brooklyn all the time. Floor-to-ceiling glass, in-unit laundry and package rooms are all familiar, and we follow whatever check-in the front desk uses.

Yes. We use one price list across every borough we serve. A two-bedroom in Crown Heights costs the same as a two-bedroom in Chelsea, and there is no travel fee for Bay Ridge, Sunset Park or anywhere else on our list.
