A standard clean runs $110 to $140 for a studio and $130 to $170 for a one-bedroom. Two-bedrooms are $170 to $220, and larger units are quoted from $220. Weekly and biweekly schedules are discounted from those one-time rates.
That is how most Manhattan visits happen. Give us a key or a lockbox code, or leave a key with the doorman, and we will lock up on the way out. If your building requires a resident to escort vendors, let us know and we will plan around it.
No. We bring our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer a particular product on a surface, such as a specific cleaner for unsealed marble or a wood soap for old floors, leave it out with a note and we will use it.
Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, and the insides of cabinets and drawers are deep cleaning items that can be added to any visit. Laundry, dishes, and exterior window washing are outside our scope.
