Move-Out Cleaning in The Bronx

Your lease ends on the 31st, the truck is booked for the morning, and the keys are due at the management office by five. Somewhere in there the apartment has to be cleaned to the standard in your lease, or the deduction shows up on the itemized statement your landlord has 14 days to send. That cleaning window is what we fill.

Bronx landlords range from a super with a clipboard to a management company with a photo checklist. Parkchester, the big Concourse buildings and the newer Mott Haven rentals tend toward the formal walkthrough. Either way, the items are predictable: the oven, the tub and grout, the inside of the kitchen cabinets, the closet shelves, the floor under where the bed was.

Our move-out clean works that list from the top. Once the furniture is out we clean the apartment as an empty box: every surface, every fixture, every cabinet inside and out. We take our own before-and-after photos and send them to you, which has settled more than one deposit dispute.

Sellers use the same service. A Riverdale co-op or a Throgs Neck house shows better at the buyer's final walkthrough when it is spotless, and the contract usually requires it to be delivered clean anyway.

Book the slot when you book the movers. The last few days of every month fill up first, and a move-out clean squeezed in an hour before the walkthrough is a stressful way to do it.
